I found it very easy to place the order. We are extremely happy with our picture and mug. In fact, we loved it so much we doubled our order. Customer service was quick to answer and very helpful with placing our second order. Definitely recommend West & Willow.

The painting looked just like the photo I sent of my brothers dog. Giving him that photo as a gift was one of my very favorite moments!
