West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I had an issue with the original print and West and Willow did all they could to make the corrections I needed. Not I have the perfect print of my Great Dane. Thank you!

Easy peasy way to order

Absolutely love these pictures from West and Willow! They were able to take my photo and design her picture so perfectly!!

I appreciated the speed with which we were able to order and then receive our picture of our dog, Tide. He is 14 now, a retired therapy dog, a little slower but still an happy guy. He is my husband’s “everything.” He cried when he opened the box and that is all the review you need. Thank you for capturing Tide’s personality in a beautiful way. We will have this image of him forever.

I bought this for a friend who just lost her dog and I had forgotten to add the halo. Within minutes, customer service replied and corrected my order. With all the companies I can never get in touch with, I was floored that they were so responsive and caring. Above all, the portrait came out beautiful. Thank you!

At the beginning of my request to redo the creepy human like eyes on my Cavachon picture customer service was horrible and gets a 0! Then Merdae started replying and she was amazing with help and communication. Maybe she should retrain the first person. Thanks to Merdae!

Easy to order can’t wait for the arrival 🥰

It’s perfect! I bought this for friends that recently had to put their dog down after her cancer had spread to her lungs. This print is beyond special and I know they are going to absolutely love it ❤️ thank you
