I wish there were 0 stars. Like ZERO stars. First of all, HORRIBLE customer service. Not that there was any to start with. I understand that their company is packed and they may be flooded with orders everyday but how is it so hard to just answer a simple email or private messages on social media? I KNOW they have specific teams of staff for those. They have time to post a story or comment but delete those who complain or have questions. There ARE plenty other companies who offer the same products. Exact same. They deserve your time and money.

My husband placed an order for 3 pictures early April as a birthday gift for me. Their website claims you’ll receive your order in 2-3 weeks from placement. After over a month, and past my birthday, and receiving little contact from them and only generic “order received” messages I finally had enough and blasted them on Facebook and email (as you conveniently can’t call them). They deleted a bunch of the Facebook messages and got back to my email with another generic response again - however it did get the prints shipped shortly thereafter, just 6 weeks late. Zero communication from the company or customer service. Very slow shipping.

Never recived my product....

Wow, West & Willow, wow. I placed an order as a gift on Thursday, April 30 and it is now Tuesday, June 16 (yep, just shy of six weeks) and customer service has stopped responding to my messages, I have seen no artwork or any confirmation of my order being completed, much less shipped. During my earlier correspondence with West & Willow's problematic customer service team, they continued to tell me they were working on my artwork but it was behind because of an influx of orders. Well, I realize that, but here's a thought for marketing if that's even true: STOP or lessen email marketing campaigns and paid advertising if you cannot keep up with the demand. I continue seeing retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram and I continue to get promotional emails (touting Father's Day sales etc) and the company still uses the orders usually take 2-3 weeks line. The last email I received back from the customer service team was on Sunday, June 7 and the team said it was close to completion. That was nine days ago - I have emailed again for an exact timeline and NOTHING. Don't let the savvy marketing fool you: this company does not have their act together and has probably turned off its Facebook reviews for a reason. Find another company for pet portraits or even support an artist directly on Etsy.

Terrible. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Paid 350 for multiple gifts for my family, not one update since I placed my order 2 months ago. Complete scam

I ordered my product 2 months ago. They don’t know where my product is. They said they refunded me but nothing shows up in my bank. TERRIBLE.

I placed an order on 5/22 and have been told numerous times it is ready to ship. It hasn’t. I am getting a lot of ‘estimated dates’ and they have ALL come and gone. If you’re busy, fine, call me or send an email that is NOT an automated response with bogus estimates times. Extremely disappointed with this company.

Put in an order the 15th of April and I still haven’t received anything.
