It took over two months for this company to ship my order. After emailing them and receiving a response saying “It will be shipped within 3-5 days,” it did not ship. Only after I emailed them three more times did they finally ship it. I also commented and DMed them on instagram, only to be BLOCKED from their page all together! When my paintings finally got here, they were not paintings at all. They obviously put your picture into a program that digitally transfers it into paint style. So so so so so awful!

Worst customer service ever. Not worth it.

I wish there was an option for negative stars because that is what this scam company deserves. From a quick glance, their website seems completely lovely with 5 star reviews and many uploaded photos from happy happy customers. The actual result? The opposite and 1 star product or company at best. To begin, I ordered a 12x16 portait with the expectation of a 2-3 week delievery time like the website claimed. In actuallity, the product arrived 2-3 months later after multiple email battles with the company. When I purchased the poster, West & Willow sent me an email that guaranteed a shipment within 7-10 days and a tracking number. Based on my sarcasm, you already know that didn't happen. More like 25-30 days until it shipped with a fake tracking number that didn't exist. NIGHTMARE!!! Once I realized that the tracking number was fake, I called the company multiple times, only to find out that they don't even have a customer support telephone number; emails accepted only. What a lovely surpise, right?? So not only can you NOT speak with someone, but you CAN'T even get them to read. Secondly, after the order was placed, a second charge was placed on my credit card of 13 dollars, even though shipping was included in the first recipt. When I emailed West & Willow about that as well, no response. After the first 2 months passes with very little communication, I filed a credit card claim to close down the order and get my money back. As soon as the claim was filed, my product magically appeared on my door 2 days later and an email from them stoked that I would get my magical gift. Magical my ass. Not only was the product wrinkled, but it looked nothing like the photo I sent in of my pet. This nightmare of a company is a complete scam and I truly truly hope the people who read this DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. LISTEN TO THE POOR REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF from this company.

Order has not arrived 2 months later (after advertising 2-4 week delivery). Do not use this company.

This is a scam. I paid $65 for a framed portrait 3 months ago and have not received.

I ordered a potrait over 2 months ago. I received no updates on my order. When I email them to ask where my order was, I was told that they had sent me an email about my request for an upgrade and they were waiting for a response from me to put the order in production. I had never requested an upgrade, not did they send me an email... They either completely confused me with someone else or needed a BS reason to explain the delay. I told them this, and magically, my order was already in production and was shipping soon. Ok... My order arrives... The color of my pet is completely off. I wait over 2 months to get my potrait and it's not right. Also, I didn't get the digital download I paid $10 for. They have offered to redo the portrait without a discount... God knows how long I'll have to wait for that. This company is a nightmare!

I paid $180 almost 3 months ago and haven't received anything. I've been emailing for over a month asking for some sort of explanation of why it is taking so long. I finally got this email today. My order was never sent to production and they just figured that out after a month of asking what was going on. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they will not give me my money back.

Order never arrived. Money down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
