We got a print made for our coworkers birthday and the rendering is perfect. It's not my dog and even I got emotional when it came in the mail. We can't wait to give it to her, hoping she loves it and finds the perfect place in her home.

This was our second time having a pet portrait done with West & Willow and we're very happy with our experience. After having a portrait done last year for our recently passed dogs, we decided to have one done this year for our new dogs. The first version of our most recent portrait wasn't quite what we had expected; however, the artist and customer service department of West & Willow were great and worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with the final product.

This is a gift for my husband. We just lost our dog. I sent a pic that wasn't the greatest. But, the end result was outstanding. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend highly. I'll use them again for sure!

Sharon was so helpful! I reached out bc I ordered a portrait a couple years ago, and my pet has passed since. She was able to locate that order and allow me to purchase a digital portrait, which wasn’t an option years ago! She honestly made my whole day!
