I was not happy with my initial artwork and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was pleased with my order. Thank you very much! Excellent customer service! And now the recipient of the artwork loves it.

Not only are the West & Willow portraits unique and tastefully done, they have so many combinations and options to choose from. The customer service team is extremely attentive and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Always a superb service. I bought one for myself with my dog on it 4 years ago. Love it! I bought another one to gift to my sister's dog this year. The frame was not well fitted, so I reached out to customer service and they offered several options. I ended up asking for a replacement. I received the item in a timely manner.
