I chose the skip the line addition to insure it would get here in time as a birthday present only to find out that it was not applied and like won’t be receiving it anywhere close to the date of my girlfriends birthday. Waste of money as I already had to reach out to another artist to do the piece since west and willow is too good to do refunds. Joke of a company

it is so hard to upload a photo. it should be way simpler and have you be able to use your photos from your phone not any other party

I sent a picture of my cat who was orange ( he passed away and I wanted to have something to remind me of him) and the portrait came in and his color was different, like a light brown and just one part was orange. I don’t know if it was supposed to be the shadow but it really didn’t look like him. I’m very sad because it cost a lot of money and it’s not what I was expecting.

Would give them 0 stars if I could! They have taken months to get to my order, sent me someone else’s pet and will not refund my money!

How can I get in touch with customer service? I paid almost $50.00 for this just for them to roll up to ship it. I opened it and the portrait is bent, crease lines. Does not stay flat. It was totally ruined before it even got to my house. Unless they change the way they ship this product and sent it out properly, I do NOT recommend anyone using this site. I want my money back.

I specifically ordered a white background and confirmed the order with a representative and the background is black. Now the present is ruined.

This company messed up the first print of my dog, didn't look like him at all. I asked for a refund and they offered to reprint and fix the mistakes. The send a second photo and it was EXACTLY the same. Emailed asking for a refund, they did not want to do that. I sent another picture and they sent that one and they sent a proof this time but i was over it and said sure but really would just appreciate a refund and not a new picture. Emailed again asking for a full refund and have not heard back. Waste of time and money.

This product did not come as advertised. Very poor drawing.
