I’m pretty sure you made the mug with a different picture of my dog than the one sent. This picture was one I had done with you in the past. I’m pretty sure I sent you a picture with my dog wearing the bandana?? Did you leave that off?

Hi Debbie, We are very sorry for the confusion. We are unable to incorporate the background, accessories such as collars, ribbons, harnesses, toys, and similar items into the final artwork. Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to accommodate such customizations.

All the photos on website showed the dog more centered. Ours is very low and just looks off.

UPDATED - they did provide me with a free download which was helpful but it did not arrive before the holiday. Item arrived crushed and creased. Reprint is not arriving in time for Christmas, even though I alerted company for reprint need over a week ago. I also asked for a digital download so I could print locally in time for holiday. Never got the email with the download info.

I'm super displeased with the way it turned out, it was for my boyfriend for Christmas. The coloring is off he's super grey and white and they made him tan/brown. and he's chunky like a frenchie, but he has a condition where he's actually really skinny so this didn't look like him, his bottom teeth are also missing which they aren't in real life. maybe it was covered by his tongue? idk but its unfortunate this happened. If you guys can just refund me it'd be easier than getting a new one done. Thank you

I’m not happy at all with the picture I ordered for a gift. I saw one that a friend received and that’s why I ordered, hers had more detail in the fur. Mine looks flat and cheap. For $110 I thought it would have had a glass in the frame but it also is cheap plastic. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t even give it as a gift it I hadn’t spent so much $ on it.

I ordered a custom portrait of our beloved dog that passed away this summer for my husband as a Christmas gift. I ordered it a few weeks ago to ensure it would arrive in time (this is based on the estimated delivery provided on the website); however, we are now December 23rd and the present will not arrive in time as I was informed my package was more than likely lost. I know these things happen but there was no communication provide and whenever I looked at the tracking, it was always posted as Los Angeles and as though it never left the facility…I would have reached out sooner; however, I knew it would take a few weeks to get here. I received the gift with purchase but not the main gift . While the clerk who responded to my email was lovely and kind to resend my package, I am just disappointed that it will not be here on time and now there will be another 3 weeks delay…I realize these things happen and I am not mad, just disappointed…
