Still No Order Nearly 5 Months Later... I wrote a review on this website almost a month ago now. I received a reply almost instantly, and was refunded the $20 shipping. I have since requested a full refund as the time I have spent waiting is now just a joke. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service. I requested a refund as I have not received anything and have been denied. Finding this hard to believe as I have paid for something I have not received.

I’m confused that you keep asking for a review when I haven’t gotten the product yet? Your emails are too frequent and it’s annoying

I haven’t heard from anyone since I placed my order over a week ago. No updates on artwork, shipping info, nothing. When can I expect more info on my order?

I was not able to add my discount code for another 20% off. It is frustrating when a site advertises an additional discount and than it doesn't work.

Ordered 3 18x24 prints and decided I would frame them myself since it was a $70 difference in price per portrait. West & Willow decided to punish me for that by making every one of them off by 1/16” in each direction, making them impossible to frame without damaging. Had to pay to have them done...

We were so excited to receive our 18 by 24 pet posters. They arrived today and when opened they were extremely creased and bent. Very poor packaging for price of them. I could upload the photos but not an option on here of they look like.

My order which I placed nearly 2 months ago still hasn’t arrived and the customer service I received to manage this issue was quite awful - slow replies etc. I’m excited for my product to finally arrive if it ever does

I ordered a print copy with a digital copy, used a promo code and paid for it. So far no problems, no error messages, the receipt email came in and I found nothing indicating that my order supposedly had an issue. When I received a notification that my order was shipped, I started looking for a way to download the digital copy, which was the main reason I placed this order. But there was no link to be found. So I contacted their customer service, explained what happened, but to my surprise I was told that the digital copy part of the order was not processed. How is that even possible? It was one transaction, that went through with my credit card, no error messages and every email or receipt I looked had a "digital copy" with a check mark on it. I even compared it to an old order, where I did not request a digital copy, and saw that the receipt had no mention of "digital copy" while the new one did. Customer service tried to convince me by showing screen shots of their system, which I do not have access to,to prove that they have not receive my request. At the end, I had to pay a separate invoice, to add the digital copy, which was not even sent in high resolution. Is it all because I used a promo code? Why offer promos if you are not going to fulfill them? I am never buy from them again. Just terrible.
