Customer experience has been amazing! Merdae was a great point of contact and she made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I’m truly impressed with the level of care and supper West & Willow provides its customers even post purchase.

Above and beyond amazing customer service!! The portrait I ordered looked a bit different than the image proof and my dogs ended up much smaller in frame than I was expecting. I contacted their customer service and Merdae was SO incredibly helpful - I received a new image proof in a day, and was able to confirm everything looked great before she placed a separate order for me free of charge. I'll be recommending West & Willow to everyone I know!

The portrait is a beautiful likeness of our dear golden retriever. We are ordering additional portraits of beloved pets!

It turned out even better than I expected! I will be ordering another when we get another dog in the future if they are (I really hope they are) still in business

The end result blew my expectations out of the water. Happier tears have never been seen. I love it, my wife loves it, and we have something to remember our Brady boy. Thank you so much.
