Had an amazing ordering experience with West & Willow. My original order came early and safely in the mail. I inquired about a few changes for my fur baby, including some color and feature changes. The support team reached out within a day and willingly made design changes to fit my needs. A replacement was delivered within a week. Great team support and even better depiction of my pet dog. Thanks team!

By far exceeded my expectations... Didn't send them the best pic, yet they captured my baby girl perfectly, most importantly the eyes. After almost 16 years of being blessed with her fun, loving presence, I now get to look at those beautiful, soulful eyes every day. Easy ordering. Great packaging. Amazing results. Thank you THANK YOU thank you for helping me honor my baby girl. <3

They captured my daughter and son-in-law’s cats perfectly! They have a way of showing their personalities. I would recommend this to anyone!

I had a picture made of a friend’s dog who passed away at 15 years old. I cannot wait to give this to her.
