My picture turned out absolutely perfect! I sent in a clear picture, but it did have my dog's ears slightly cut off. They added the tips of her ears perfectly for the portrait. Ordering was super easy, and I loved all the options you get to choose from. Next time they have a sale, I'm buying 2 more!

Even though it took 2.5 months and 3 iterations we are happy with the results. The final iteration looks great.
