I ordered a gift card and then just got an order confirmation with no gift card. Then I contacted support and they just said, it was sent to my e-mail and listed the e-mail that I was e-mailing them from with the e-mail that was sent confirming my order with no GC.

Don’t even know what to expect no confirmation email no way i can look back into my order or track it. Haven’t received my item. *Thank you for reaching out. Spam folder was already checked no email. Thank u for the follow up though!

There is no way to track shipment

i am very frustrated. it has been over a month and i have not received my product. i have been working with customer service for the last 5 days and have to deal with email. i feel if your customer is having an issue you should contact them via phone so i don't have to wait 24 hrs every time we reply to each other.. also you had one rep who seemed to solve the problem and then i get a different rep who didn't understand the problem and emailed that the issue has been solved and i still dont have the product i ordered. this issue is related to shipping. i can't reply to the product because i haven't received it,

I have sent a few e-mails inquiring about an update on my two orders but have yet to receive any sort of reply besides emails asking for reviews. I understand getting my orders shipped to Australia will take a while especially during covid, however the tracking has been quite poor as have your lack of replies. Both orders have been sitting at Package departed international carrier facility in New York, but it states on your website that to get to AUS it’ll only take 2-4 weeks once the portraits have been completed. Also for one of my orders I paid for the digital copy and have sent an e-mail inquiring as to when I will have access to that but have yet to receive any reply or progress on it. it seems that the only way to get any response from you guys is by leaving a negative review as all of my emails have gone left unread. order no. 83718 and 79342

I waited WEEKS for my portrait to come in. It was eventually “lost” somewhere in the mail and thrown away. When I contacted the company I was told I didn’t qualify for a refund (since when does not receiving a product you paid for mean you don’t qualify for a refund) and would have to pay $10 to get it shipped again. After MULTIPLE emails, they finally said they’d make a “one time” exception and send it to me free, but I don’t even want it anymore! I just want my money back and no one is emailing me back.

Well I bought my girlfriend a photo print of her dog I never received an email with the confirmation or receipt and I sent an email Back to you guys asking for the relevant info and I never got a reply. This is an amazing company but I feel as a customer I could have had a lot more communication from you or input as my request was never tended to Kind regards Stefan Soler

I'm not sure of what to say here as I've received no updates since the time I placed my order? I go to look at my order and it has never moved in the process since I placed it.
