This is my third pet portrait, I love them!!

My sister recently had to unexpectedly put her eldest dog down after 13 years together and was absolutely heartbroken. With her birthday fast approaching, I knew what I needed to get her—a commemorative painting of Sam (and his brothers, because why not). After seeing multiple ads on Instagram for various companies offering such gifts, I decided on West and Willow. I am not disappointed. She opened them today and she cried (happy tears!) from how amazing they were. From the quality of the images to the speed of delivery, West and Willow nailed it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to gift a grieving pet parent or just someone who loves their pets. A bit pricey, but well worth the cost, in my humble opinion!

Andrian helped me make adjustments on a special work for my dog that recently passed away, and I am so grateful and pleased with my finished product. I can’t wait to get it and I get in my home because it will have a special place of honor.

Absolutely fantastic service from Siena. I messed up on my order. I obviously wasn’t able to get a free replacement since the error was mine, but Siena worked with me and the design team to find a reasonable solution. The revised picture received is wonderful and something we’ll have for a long time. I’ve since placed another order for my mother. Looking forward to seeing it!
