Thank you for capturing my beautiful boy so perfectly.

My picture was delivered and unfortunately it was cracked by the shipper. West & Willow reacted immediately and shipped me another quickly. All I had to do was fill out a quick form and provide a picture. They said I could keep the cracked picture or donate it. It was first class customer service!

Great design and print. Good fabric, is very wearable and washes well. Very pleased! Wish they had a matching set but would recommend.

Timely turnaround and beautiful art work

The first time that my husband and I ordered from West and Willow was in the height of covid, and at the time we had three cats and they all arrived about a month late there were extras and the extras were broken, and we also received a dog that wasn't ours. Arya a terrier of some kind. Arya proudly hung on our wall for years. Along with our cats. Fast forward to now, with our new edition, Abu. Abu is a Siamese cat and the first picture I sent in was darker than I realized, resulting in a darker portrait. When I contacted customer service they were quick to send out a edited replacement with a better, lighter photo. I wish I could include a picture of our cat sitting in front of the picture of him, because it came out absolutely beautiful. I could not possibly be happier with the customer service at West and Willow. I tell all my friends to get portraits of their pets printed and to use West and Willow.

Our fourth West and Willow dog portrait and each one is just perfect. A beautiful way to remember the dogs we give our heart and soul to.
