Didn’t match the picture I sent very well, or the coloring. It was dented when I received. Overall not very impressed with the product considering how much I spent.

Have not received my order. It shipped over two weeks ago and was suppose to arrive last week. The tracking is not helpful because it stops when it was handed over to usps I think. Emailed customer service, but no one has responded. Would NOT recommend ordering from West & Willow.

Very easy to order a product. I emailed support to modify my order and the answered promptly. However, they stopped responding once I asked about my shipping confirmation. The website and email states it will be shipped in 7-10 days. It has been over two weeks and I have no received any information from them regarding my order.

The picture doesn’t look like my puppy. The dog weights three pounds . The picture makes him look like he eights about 15. He’s missing the white eyeliner look he has around his eyes and also more brown hairs smoothed into the hair around his cheeks.

I do not like the way my dogs were portrayed in the picture that I bought. I spent a lot of money for something that looks pretty crappy. I have a 1.5 year old and a 5 month old. The 5 month old looks bigger than the full grown dog. Also, one of my dogs heads was tilted in the picture - specifically chosen because of the head tilt, and the head was straightened in the frame. I’m disappointed in the work. If I paid less money I would care a whole lot less. One would think if that much money is put in, that there would be a better return, not the case here. Very disappointing.

Worst service ever. I ordered my picture on August 30th. It is now November 11 and I have nothing. I contacted the store two weeks ago and I was informed that I payed for the portrait with one dog instead of two. Instead of contacting me about that mistake, I had to contact you. Now I had to cancel that that portrait and order a new one. God knows when I’m going to get that one. I am also beyond annoyed that I can’t actually talk to someone. I have spent too much time emailing back and forth with a customer service rep who doesn’t understand basic English and couldn’t help me at all.
