West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The West & Willow support team is second to none! They really want you to be happy with your portrait, and will work hard to address any concerns you may have. We had many back and forth emails about getting the color of my dog's nose right - yep, his nose! The team were always understanding and polite, and never expressed any frustration with my requests. We recently had to say a final goodbye to our beloved boy, so having a reminder of his beautiful face is truly special. Thank you, West & Willow!

As I put in this order, I was choking back on soft sobs. This was an order I put together for my boss who lost his dog roughly 2 weeks ago. Remy was the highlight of the office and he was the most gentle giant and best dog anyone could ask for. The West & Willow team did an outstanding job. The image came out absolutely fantastic and they couldn't have made it any better. Thank you so much for the amazing art and for capturing every detail to making this gift a very special one.

I absolutely loved my pup’s portrait so when my boss decided to retire, I asked for a picture of her pup and had it done. So adorable and captured their personality.

I love how my dog’s picture turned out! Wish I had ordered a larger size. Perhaps when I download the digital that I included with my order, I can go up a size without altering the quality of the picture. Thanks so much!

The ordering experience is extremely easy. Each screen was clear and concise.

Customer support was very helpful. Efficient, kind and accommodating. I am very appreciative!

Great experience, quick and easy to order!

The support team helped us tremendously on our revised portrait of our dog that passed away a couple weeks ago. We couldn’t be any happier on the new portrait. 5 stars on making this right for us!
