i have not yet received any update on my order or rate order itself, the review is being asked for immediately after payment. This is not a good time to review as i don't know what your service is like or what the product is like. I have however now had 3 emails asking for a rating.

The colors were totally off in the print of my cats. I was told someone from customer service would contact me in 48 hrs to resolve the issue, but no one did. So I bought another, thinking it would be 50% off for Black Friday as advertised, but it was the same price as the original I purchased in October. Very misleading, and very frustrating that I’m having to buy a replacement for something your company messed up.

I never recieved a review file

I cancelled my order within 2 minutes of making it. I received a prompt reply that acknowledged I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. It stated Thanks for messaging in! I understand that you'd like to cancel your order. I have personally forwarded your request to our cancellation department Rest assured that you'll get an update within 12 hours or less I have heard nothing from them since this reply (48 hours ago), dispite writing two more emails and using their contact page on the website. I hope this is not an attempt to extend it past the 12 hours so they can refuse to cancel my order. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the credit card payment. I hope this gets resolved ASAP.

Didn’t arrive even though I had a message from the courier that it had

This was my second order. The first order was awesome, so I wanted to gift one, except I received a picture with some else’s dogs. WTH. Very glad I opened the box, rather than just wrapping and giving. Horrible. So I went without a gift .

Horrible. I didn’t get to see a proof of the portrait before it shipped and it came with the frame broken and it felt cheap. Plastic rather than glass. I’m very disappointed. I’d like to return the picture or get my money back but there isn’t an option for that on the website!
