West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Outstanding customer service. Instantly corrected an error and resent the portrait.

I would recommend West and Willow to anyone with a pet to get their picture made. If you are not completely happy with the quality they will work with you to make your experience better. 100% satisfied.

Love the photos. Exactly what I was hoping for!

One order but came in two separate shipments. One came with a broken frame and the other got lost in transit. Neither of those things were W&W’s fault, but once I contacted them about each issue, they promptly responded and shipped me out a replacement within the hour! Great customer service and great quality stuff when carriers don’t bang it up and lose it lol

Wonderful company to work with. My first picture came and I was disappointed in the colors, as my daughter’s dog is a Weimaraner and the picture was done in browns with brown eyes. She is actually a silver color with golden eyes. I contacted customer service, Siena was so great to work with and asked for another photo. They redid at no charge and also didn’t want me to send the first one back. Highly recommend West and Willow, what a class act! My daughter was thrilled with the birthday gift of her beloved dog,

West and Willow customer service is absolutely stellar. Thank you to both Siena and Kent. They went above and beyond and truly made my day.

We got this for my mom, but once we saw it realized we all need one. So stinking cute. Just beyond expectations.

Picture was amazing, very true to life. Love it 😍
