I ordered this awhile ago and still haven’t received my package or tracking number????

I was really disappointed to give this as a gift. I was SUPER excited to get this in the mail. It came and both dogs looked a little odd on the canvas. I dismissed it because I was excited about the gift in general. I decided to give it to the recipient before Christmas and this artwork has become a laughing joke. The joke is now that the gray pitbull was painted to look like Master Splinter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The white whiskers made the dog look like a rat and so did the shape. Honestly, both dogs did not come out well and I am embarrassed to given this as a gift especially because it was kind of expensive. I have friends that have purchased from this website and theirs turned out great. Mine, not so much.

It’s been weeks almost months and I haven’t received my order confirmation or nothing

BEWARE: Do not buy from this company! I ordered one of their traditional custom pet portraits with my dogs face on a white background. When I received it in the mail, his face was put on a GREEN striped background. It’s been WEEKS and customer service still has not corrected their mistake and they’ve also SEIZED RESPONDING. I have not been sent a corrected portrait or a refund. They have NO customer service number and now this gift I ordered in November won’t be here for Christmas. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! I am very disappointed with my pet's picture. He looks completely different from the picture I sent. His mane (tricolor) is very light because he is an older Shetland sheep dog but, in the picture I got he is very dark (almost black). His eyes are dark brown and they look yellow in the picture I got. A part of his neck where it meets his chest is cut on one side. It is a terrible experience all around. I was very concerned with this project because there was no way to preview my project before order. Even the most basic printing companies have good software to preview your order. I contacted West & Willow via email twice asking for refund and I have not yet received an answer. This is a very special Christmas present for my daughter and I need West & Willow to make it right, but they do not reply to email. There is not a phone number either. No customer service. I

I ordered our portrait almost a month ago. I finally received it in the mail but it was the wrong dog. I emailed support twice before getting a response that someone will be in contact within 2 business days. Still no word and no phone number to contact anyone. This is supposed to be a Xmas gift and I have no idea if I will get this in time. Very disappointed in the customer service. I just want to know that I will be taken care of and receive the correct portrait by Xmas.

I’ve reached out multiple times and have not gotten any response back. When I’m spending $100 on a product, the expectation is that there’s a timely response when questions are being asked.

I submitted my order on 11/13/ 20. I paid for a portrait of 2 dogs and provided all the information needed. When I received my package on 12/3 it was a picture of these stick figures skiing down a mountain. I sent 3 emails and an Instagram message to get this corrected or my money back. I have heard no response. There is no phone number to call. This has been a bad experience and feel super uncomfortable that no one has responded to me after such a big mistake.
