No idea if my order is on the way and they want a rating?!?! Have not even seen the finished work. So far not impressed at all and feel this may be a huge crap shoot for a gift

I still have not received my digital download or my hard copy. The digital copy said on the website it would take 1-2 and it's been almost a month.

I received 2 different promo codes. None worked on your site. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I’m still waiting for an email reply. Very unprofessional for such an expensive product. Very disappointed so far

Horrible! All they did was take my picture and reprint it larger. I paid $86 for something I could have done myself at Walgreens of $1. Have no idea why they even framed it and sent it. What a joke!

I think there was an error in the ordering process-- there was never a step to upload my pet's photo. I chose size, frame and was able to add note for the 'artist,' but I was never given an option to provide my pet's name or photo... I had to pay for my order to move forward, hoping it would then ask for my pet's photo later, but that never happened. I am now very concerned what kind of product I am going to receive... still awaiting a response for customer service. Hoping this isn't a scam.

I ordered a portrait as a Christmas gift over a month ago, and it simply never got shipped. Whenever I reach out for answers, I’ve been given false information (I.e. being told it will ship in 2-5 days on Nov 25... never happened). I’m so frustrated and confused why I wasn’t able to get it when West and Willow claims portraits will arrive in 2-3 weeks (its been over 5 weeks!)

Edited. It took 3 weeks to get my 1st order which is reasonable given the season and the pandemic but when my three posters arrived they were severely crinkled. To the point where they are not usable. They took forever to get a request for refund or replacement. And haven't received yet. Now 5 weeks from original order.

Order was placed on 11/23. I emailed company for a status after 13 days, received no response. It’s now 15 days, still no response. Promised delivery window was 7-10 days. This order was meant as a gift and no longer needed as the event has passed. No response from the company after multiple emails is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Zero stars.
