I am giving this a 4 star rating. Only because it was a redo and looks better.

My first order came with a broken frame. I emailed the issue with no response. I then went online and saw instructions on how to report the issue. Once I did the online form. They promptly replaced it. It was actually seamless through the online system

I had an issue with the art not properly representing my pet. It took about 7 revisions for the artists to finally get it right. The customer service team is second to none. I can't recommend the after service enough. They were very patient, kind and understanding. It was a frustrating experience where the artists just weren't taking in my recommendations at all it seemed, but the work was finally done right in the end and I am very happy with the results. This is my second lot of items from this company and it is very good. Only other downfall is the quality of the print is not as good as it used to be. I have compared the one I recieved in 2020 and the one I recieved now in 2024 and the print quality was much better in the 2020 item (speaking about the Mug printing, not the artwork)

Was sent a picture with mistakes, contacted the company and the mistake was corrected snd a new picture was sent about a week later.

Easy to use and to select pictures

The only reason I give 4 stars is because of a mistake; however you were extremely quick to fix the problem!

Ordering process was easy

I originally had rank them very low because the pictures that I had received were not true reflections of my dogs and the pictures that I submitted however after reaching out via different means of social media as well as customer service and emailing I did get the corrected proofs and prints which the stars would be five if they're hadn't been the original snafu.
