No option for a gift message or who the sender is. Now I have to spoil the gift and let the recipient know to look out for it in the mail. Wasn’t told this until after checkout and payment. Unsatisfied and would get a refund if I could.

It's a shame that you don't allow the 10% discount code to be applied for orders in Canada (and especially that it's not specified). In addition, you indicate on the site that the transport costs are $15 in Canada, but when I placed the order, I was instead charged $21 on the invoice

I ordered cell phone covers for my girls for Christmas, to place in their stockings. Definitely NOT worth the money. It was basically a sticker slapped on a clear cell phone cover. Not worth the money, and I would never buy again. Honestly, I think it was a total rip off.

We have not received our digital image which we paid for and the portrait has a barcode. Ery visible on the right lower side of the portrait. We were advised on 12/24/23 that we will receive an updated picture for approval and have not received it yet.

I was really excited about this but received the portrait today and the scale of my dogs is off. One is 30 lbs. the other is 11 lbs. In the portrait together they look like they are the same size. Still cute but disappointing. I wish I would have had an opportunity to comment before the final.

The portrait is great and delivered in time for Christmas. The recipient was very pleased. However the customer service is lacking. I marked and paid for a digital copy which I never received. When I reached out to W&W never received a response.

Convinced a human is not reviewing the pictures. But just puts it into a program. Got wrong color twice. Understandable that holidays take longer but this has been close to a month process now and yet to get final picture done. For the expensive price you are paying, I would expect a little better experience

I ordered 4 pictures for Christmas gifts. 1 came damaged. I had to wait til a week after Christmas and I was sent the wrong dog. Now I have to fill out another form and wait!
