Terrible customer service. Paid for front of line shipping. It’s been a month since I placed my order and still have not received my package. Have also emailed support multiple times but no response

I am frustrated for many reasons. First, my order was misleading. On my invoice it has printed faster production and digital prints. But apparently that is not what my real order was. So that was irritating. Then to go through a customer service that is very slow in response and there is no direct number to call added to the frustration. I am $330 into the company and I still have not received the digital prints I ordered, already paid for, and I know have been made. Would you not agree this is poor service? Thank you for reading this comment. I did not give a one star rating because the short and delayed responses I did receive from west and willow were politely responded to, which I did appreciate. Update: I placed the order for the digital photos. Days later, when I get an email saying the files are ready, they are not all there. Days later I still do not have my missing digital image or a response. So I have decreased my rating to 1 star. To add, the frames I received for my prints were cracked. I did not check them within the allotted time, so I can not ask for a refund or exchange for them. But I would say unfortunately, this has been poor overall customer service for prints that did turn out beautiful. I am disappointed.

I've received several requests to review this product. However, I haven't received the product. I placed the order 13 days ago and was told it would be shipped and that I would receive a shipping confirmation in 7-10 days from placing the order.

Was told item would be received in 7-10 days. Just got an email saying to expect it in 2-3 weeks! Unelectable

I placed my order on December 2nd and I have received no further communications from the seller other than ads to buy more. I will not be referring others—the lack of communication and uncertainty is not something to which I want to subject others.

Placed an order on 11/25. On 12/01, got a notification that it has been shipped out and hasn’t been updated since and customer service told me that it will be updated in 3-5 days or less and 6 days later, still nothing. I was freaking out thinking it was a scam and then reading comments on IG and FACEBOOK and everyone is saying the same thing and they’re deleting the comments. Emails haven’t been replied to in over 24 hours.....so confused on what’s going on and worried if I got scammed because I am extremely disappointed.

I really expected more and am disappointed. The photo doesn't capture my dog at all. It was not at all like the photos I have seen on your website. I sent multiple photos so there should have been multiple examples to chose from. The name font is really small and out of proportion. Also, the corner of the frame looks like it was re-glued or glued. It had a smudges of glue on it. Thankfully, I was able to remove the excess glue with a bit of water and towel. Unfortunately, the photo was no different than a generic photo of any dog breed that has the same color as my dog.

No one has communicated with me yet, haven’t received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, and already being requested to review.Update: ordered before global Christmas cutoff and it is now five days after Christmas, package is still over the border. Will not be ordering again unless this is rectified.
