West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Great customer service and portraits

West and Willow produces a high quality product, and EXCELS in Customer Service. They are highly responsive and have always effectively addressed my questions. I've now placed 3 different orders with them, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. What a beautiful product to memorialize my angel-fur babies.

I absolutely love my portraits of my dogs, and I give them out as presents to my friends

Merdae on the support team has been kind and wonderful working with me on the whole process and taking me through the steps until I was satisfied with my order. I cannot thank west & willow enough for creating this amazing art that I will cherish forever of my fur babies!

We love the pictures and the mug! The quality was better than we could imagine!!

Easy to use- I had tried it on my cellphone first & it wasn’t working as well, but once I did it on my computer, it was pretty easy.

West & Willow did a wonderful job on my portrait of my two dogs. Did it faster than I expected. Everyone has been completely in awe of the portraits.

Overall great experience! This gift is for my sister who lost her dog of 11 years. I ended up finding a different picture and was able to get it changed. Edith from support was so prompt and understanding of the photo change. Thank you so much for understanding during this sad time!
