Ordered on November 29th, trying to give them extra time with the busy holiday season and Covid. Thought for sure the order would arrive before Christmas, since it is a gift for my mom. It has now been over 2 weeks with no communication. Emailed them with no response. Terrible customer service. $100 wasted.

I placed my order weeks ago, have not received any response back to my inquiry on the status. I reached out immediately after placing my order to make a change and was told not because the artists were already working on it... doubt it. I’m not even confident I’m going to get what I purchased. Super disappointed to this point.

Never received item. Ignored my Instagram dm which was left on seen. Emails never responded to. Buyers beware. Check their post everyone commenting hasn’t received their order. Super disappointed had ordered this in November for Christmas.

Its been 10 days and I still haven't received shipping info

Have not received order. Customer service won’t respond. Don’t have tracking info yet. Reached out many times.

I have ordered twice from West & Willow and both times I received products that were incorrect. The first mistake had the wrong background color and wrong frame color. I chatted with someone from your customer service department and she said I would receive a new picture that was correct. However, it is still in production and I don't think I will receive it in time for Christmas. Today, I received part of my second order and he frame is the incorrect color. i just wrote an email to customer service requesting a new picture and frame. Again this is disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I ordered my portrait as a Christmas gift on 11/28. It is now 12/15 and I am yet to receive an update on shipping notification. If this present doesn't arrive by Christmas, I want a refund.

While the print design/illustration itself is great, the print arrived rolled up with bends and creases throughout. It looks terrible! There’s nothing I will be able to do myself to get the creases out when I frame this for my mom. So disappointed.
