It was such beautiful piece!! I love it!!

Absolutely in love with our portrait of our Rosy who passed in Dec. Shipped quickly and it’s just perfect! Will be shopping again with West and Willow. Thank you so much!

Obsessed with this sweet design of my Copper boy & will cherish these pieces ❤️

Timely and highly competent customer service. I had questions about whether an image would work. Ralph at customer service told me right away with style that it would. This made ordering worry free. After I placed my order, I realized a day later that I selected the wrong portrait size. But customer service efficiently changed my order, kept my discount and got me what I wanted. I wish all customer service experiences were like that! And the product is great too!

I am very pleased. When I opened it, I cried. Looks just like my beautiful golden retriever of 13 years, that I just lost on April 11th. I have it hanging on the wall in my living room, and it’s like she is looking right at me. What a beautiful way to honor my baby girl. Thank you so very much!

Love love love it!!! Came quickly (just over a week) and is perfect!
