I haven’t received my order by the time it was supposed to be delivered (around the end of November). Customer service was nice and helpful and started a new order for me which I appreciated. It is taking a very long time to get this order which I was hoping to give as a gift. The second order has not even shipped yet. I’m disappointed in how long this process has been taking.

I ordered two of these portraits back in November with plenty of time before the holidays. Now one portrait has been lost in shipping and the other has not even been shipped yet. I spent all this money and will now have nothing to present as a gift. Incredibly frustrating since these portraits are not cheap and you advertised that if orders were placed by a certain date that they would be received by the holidays. Very disappointed and would not recommend

I ordered my order in plenty enough time to have for my occasion. When I received it, it was the wrong order. Customer service said they were going to send me the correct one and make it “high priority.” It’s been a week and customer service still hasn’t responded to me and I will not have the order for when I need it.
