Not a good representation of our dog at all
We had two orders for the same photo of our dog. Neither of the renditions were good representations of our dog. One had her fluffy ruff around the neck look flat & looked ridiculous. Her face looked mean. Her face was too narrow & her ears looked like they belonged on a jack rabbit. The other one had a bit better ruff, but her muzzle was extremely dark. At least the look was a little friendlier. Would not recommenthis company. Being so angry, I waited to write this review. Additional info. following West&Willow reply. The order #H628804066 is for the one I have. This format will not allow me to add a photo with the original picture of Mercedes & the rendition I have. I have asked my daughter to send a picture of hers and the order #. You should be able to find the orders by my name, however. Update: 5-14-2024. I received a new artistic representation of our Mercedes for approval, and it is 100% improved, and does look like our fluffy, kind-eyed dog. Yes, I assume the replacements will be excellent, and look forward to receiving them. Therefore, I do recommend the company, and will give them a 5-star rating. I would suggest having the ability to ‘approve’ the artwork in the beginning.
