The art is cute, but the shipping is substandard resulting in curled and creased artwork. Please find another shipping method or sell digital prints as a primary option. I had a second one delivered (despite requesting a refund), and it is still not clean, whereas I have had hundreds of photos mailed and never had this issue.

The size of the board was smaller than what was shown on the website. The design was not exactly the shape of the photo I sent and it had changed, for example, my dog ​​was laughing in the photo, and that's why I sent that photo, but everything in the design had changed.

The price is super high for a very basic product. I thought it would be painted and not printed. It seems like I could have bought a frame and printed an AI-generated image.

Honestly was expecting a little better quality for over 100 dollars. I didn’t even choose the biggest size. It showed up with a beat up box, a chipped corner, and the frame is a little sloppy. There’s a gap between the pieces of the frame that connects. It’s annoying. Oh well, I used a sharpie to cover the chip and gave it to my mom.

I haven't even received my order yet. Therefore I don't know why I'm being asked to review my purchase. I placed my order on 5/2/24. Today is 5/13/24. I thought it would've been here by now. I thought I would get a chance to "view"/approve what my pet portrait was going to look like before my order was actually finalized. That was not an option.

Rendering was well done and captures the personality of our pet but frame is just cheap. Expected more as I even upgraded to the nicer frame. I could buy a better frame for under 20 bucks locally... Which I might end up doing and swapping out.

I’ve made two orders personally after receiving one as a gift. The first one I received was a lovely gift of my deceased dog, which is why I ordered a second time. I ordered three prints of my other dogs but I didn’t realize I ordered them smaller than the gift. The smaller ones look so cartoonish compared to the larger one. So I had to order one more so they at least match. I don’t think I’d ordered again, the smaller 8x10 prints aren’t as nice as the larger one.
