While they did a decent job with the art, the picture arrived rolled up (because I didn’t buy the overpriced frame setup) and was creased. So, that completely detracted from the actual piece because it’s kind of ruined. I’ll never be able to get those creases out.

I really wish you could preview the item before it is shipped. I have two westies, the one in the picture has crazy eyes and the other one is more of a cream color. I think if customers could preview and give some suggestions that would be very helpful.

I paid extra for walnut frames on 2 of my portraits and still got only black frames. Disappointed.

I was under the impression from the website that it would be a digital photo. Not an illustration:(. I should have looked closer at the details. Super bummed as it was a gift.

Ordered 2 dog portraits well before Xmas. Just for final artwork approved today. The service responses are very delayed, yet friendly and helpful. Portraits not as expected and monotone to return. Not satisfied as very costly. Wanted to add more to wall but will not due to all issues.

ordered a portrait for christmas on November 15th in hopes of receiving it before xmas as a gift. it’s currently Jan 18th and it’s estimated to get here jan 30th… I understand it’s a busy season but it specifically states “during busy periods it may take up to 4 weeks” it’s been 10 weeks :/ Thankfully they have made and sent a new one but were slow to reply and was a bit of a hassle. My friend ordered in the past and had a good quick experience which is why I ordered from here so could just be a one time thing!

My first order got lost and did not make in time for Christmas (ordered in November) second one came on Jan. 17th. When it did arrive, half the dog was white and half beige. The dog has no white on it at all.
