I ordered a pet portrait in May of 2025 and at the time of this review (end of July 2025) I have still not received the portrait. Very disappointed.

Made our loved Vada way darker than she was. Contacted for a remake as the email stated and was denied. Frame is super cheap and flimsy for the price paid. I feel that $100 is even too much for this quality of work.

Purchased orders are always a lot later than expected, and every order used to be perfect, but last order I had to send the artwork back 2 times.

I requested a collar be added….you all did add and sent me a proof to approve and said I would receive a new print….i haven’t ever received the updated print. This has been going on for months. Please send the updated print or give me a refund.

My first order came in damaged at one corner of the frame , you sent me a replacement and this time it came in with all four corners of the frame damaged !! The damage is not from the transport , frame clearly very cheap , gaps at all four corners , can see QR code at bottom of picture ! There is no quality control before sending item to customer. This is not acceptable! Will no longer be doing business with you . I should be reimbursed. Package very poorly done . A very small piece of bubble rap was used (did not cover a third of frame !) . Box very flimsy. Not impressed

Jasper picture honestly looks terrible. It is so pixelated and you can’t even tell it’s a dog. It looks like a giant blob. I will not be ordering from this company again
