I have heard nothing about my order shipping. I ordered several pictures for Christmas presents.

I placed my order 22 days ago only to receive an email about sending more pics of my pet. I did so and have yet to hear back about my order. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. At this point I want my money back and wouldn’t recommend this company.

No clue where my order is and it was purchased at least 3 weeks ago.

I’m not sure why I was asked for a review. I never received my product.

Ordered a gift in 12/7, paid for faster shipping, has not arrived and received no response to my inquiry as to when I can expect it to arrive. Also no shipping updates. Disappointed, for a $128 gift.

I have yet to receive an email of any shipping information. I paid extra to skip the line and would like a refund for the extra charge. As I have not received the service I was promised by paying extra.

Where do I start with this joke of an operation. I submitted a perfectly usable image in my original order, I received an email from Jenny asking for more reference photos to make sure they made it as best they could. No problem, I sent more photos of multiple different angles. A couple days later I receive an email that Jenny has taken it upon herself to submit a picture of my dog that I DID NOT REQUEST, to their production department for fulfillment. I respond back telling her that is not the picture I want and again reiterate which picture I do. Another day lapses before I receive a response saying the original picture won’t work and the new one has been submitted and I’ll receive shipping info in a few days. I again respond with my concern and ask for confirmation that my original picture will be used and I kindly request that if the original is not to be used, I do not want it and to be refunded. She responds in another 24 hours with a canned email response about shipping times..... So then I find myself emailing with Camille in the “Customer Happiness Department”. I receive essentially the same response about shipping delays and how they are gonna work just so hard to get my order to me before Christmas. Again, I retell the entire story to Camille and make the same request that if it’s not the right picture, don’t ship it and refund me. 24 hours later AGAIN, another response about how they are working so hard to get my order to me and if I wanted to cancel the order I had to have emailed some obscure email address I had no knowledge of within 12 hours of placing the order. I STILL THOUGHT I WAS GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR WITHIN 12 HOURS. It doesn’t help that I get 1 reply within maybe 24 hours if I’m lucky. Not to mention every single reply I have received from them has been around 3-4 in the morning. Which tells me I’m dealing with some outsourced support staff who couldn’t care less. Bottom line. Don’t buy from these jokers. What a miserable experience, can’t wait to get it in the mail so I can be even more upset and now out $52.
