I placed an order on December 10th and as for December 21 never received any delivery confirmation information. I have written to the company numerous times (at least four) to find out what happened to my order and no one has gotten back to me as of today. Very disappointed in the lack of respectful service and the fact that I never received any tracking information, any real contact with customer service and that the gift will probably not arrive in time for Christmas. *H

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a painting for a Christmas present on 11th November which was apparently shipped on 21st November. Today is the 21st December and still no painting. I have contacted them several times and I always receive the same generic message telling me to be patient. Has requested a refund and to this they just deflect. Do not recommend at all. Extremely disappointed.

Placed my order and have yet to receive any sort of confirmation or tracking 3 weeks later.

This was a Christmas gift for my mother inlaw as she recently lost her dog. I have received my item (phone case) the photo provided and the item received don't look alike at all. I can't give this as a gift. Very disappointing.

Never sent tracking info. Did not respond to any emails. No confirmations. What are they doing over there??

I only received half my order. I attempted to contact the company numerous times via email and private message via Instagram. However, all I got was automated replies that my order was on the way. I couldn’t get in touch with a single human regarding my order. I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and contact the BBB. It’s truly unfortunate. A simple email or a call would have been sufficient.

Communication is absolutely horrible. Shipments take forever even when you pay to “skip the line”. I haven’t even received my purchase yet and no word on when I will. Contacting the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge. Will never use this place again.

I paid extra $13 to get my painting to the front of the line 2 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any update on it’s status. I sent an email asking about my order a week ago and have not heard anything back. Disappointed
