I LOVE the pictures of our pets but the frame came bent and tweaked. I’m not sure if it happened during shipping or before. I’m hoping my husband can fix it. For the price I paid, the condition and quality of the frame is very disappointing. I wish I would have just paid for the print which I just love and bought my own frame.

I ordered the stencil/sketch drawing, but received the painted version. I do love it and will keep it.

The dog looks good, but the lettering on the sleeve is almost unreadable.

The color design was off, it looks like a different dog. It would be helpful to get the image first for approval.

They don't allow you to see a proof which is a poor experience in my opinion. They also wouldn't allow me to update my shipping address before the print had even been created. I understand they have their logistical reasons but, again, it creates a substandard experience. Finally, they didn't use an oxford comma (or give us an option) with the three dog names on the print which is their artistic decision, but also the wrong one.

I was not pleased with the artists version of my photo. It’s was too cartoonish and did not resemble the photo provided. Disappointed after using these services numerous times.

I was very disappointed. I had ordered the print with a pink background, and it came in white. The pink was critical because it goes with the color scheme of her room. For the cost of this product, I’d expect very accurate attention to detail, and this seems like an easy detail to get right. It is a very cool product and everything else is great. But I would appreciate a partial refund as the pink background was the only reason I chose West & Willow over other options. I can provide a picture, if necessary.

We received the doggie portrait - loved two of the dogs and hated one of the dogs! They were very nice about redoing the one dog. It took many iterations but the end result is so much better than the original!
