Company sends me an email to purchase a digital copy of a print I ordered. I paid for it, still waiting for the digital download. Back and forth with customer service asking me to confirm the order number and it’s in the signature line!

I ordered on June 6th. July 15th I get an email saying there was an issue with the original order and they’d be placing a new order, I had to complete another “order” (no charge) to move the process along. It is currently August 6th and still no order. I did get a “digital file” emailed to me, looks like a beginners copy/paste with pet heads on a portrait, not at all worth 61 days waiting and $81.36. Customer service continues to “apologize” but doesn’t respond in a timely matter nor do they care. I’ll be contacting my credit card company for a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WEST & WILLOW.

There was an issue with the photo I uploaded, two times I was sent an email where I uploaded images, but the instructions were very unclear about what would happen next I had to reach out to you via socials and finally got a response, but I don’t see any movement regarding my order. Is it being processed? When should I expect delivery? I feel like this is taking a really really long time.

I have not received any response to my email sent concerning my order. There should have been some kind of message stating I could not have two animals in a picture when the order was placed. This was a gift for my sister that lost both of her dogs. Would like money back please

My print was sent to me rolled up. Therefor it arrived severely damaged. Multiple bends, folds and creases. When sending a print without a frame I think it would make more sense to ship it flat and significantly more padded and protected.

6 weeks later and still don’t have my order :( I even purchased the skip the line option lol When reaching out to customer service, they are really 0 help stating to continue waiting. I’ve reached out 3 times as this was intended for a birthday gift which has passed 2 weeks ago.. still waiting 😂

I received the wrong color frame Ordered white Received black

I order this special picture of my dog and it’s took over 6 weeks to get it was the first problem. When I got it, looked like him but had shades of green in it. Which my dog is not green. They re did it sent me a proof and now he was completely white.. which is not his color either. Finally they got it somewhat correct and the order said shipped… said that for weeks. Contacted them and they said they were sorry it hasn’t been shipped and that it would be shipped asap. They refunded me the shipping fee. Still waiting weeks for shipping confirmation. Never got anything. They refunded me my full amount but never ever received the new proof. So now I have a picture of my dog that has green in it and waited 3.5 months for it to be corrected and it never was. Very sad when you are waiting for that social portrait of your special pet.
