I’ve ordered 5 Phone cases as gifts back in November and have not received one of them. I have emailed multiple times for updates with no response. After placing my order over a month ago I’m at a total loss. Very bad customer service. No tracking info available. I will almost bet I don’t receive these before Christmas! Order phone cases on Shutterfly instead

I am very disappointed with my transaction on December 11. I purchased a portrait for a sibling that had to put their dog down the day before. When I looked at the website there was a banner at the top stating that orders placed that day should arrive before December 24. As an extra precaution I paid for the expedited service and digital proof. I received an email the next day stating I should get a shipping confirmation in the next 5-7 days. Since then I have not heard a word on the status of the order, been sent a digital proof, etc. I have, however, been sent no less than 4 emails soliciting reviews and trying to get me to recommend the company to others. I understand that there is heavy demand with the holidays but don't market your ability to deliver by a date and then offer to speed it up even more for a fee and then fall off of the face of the earth when it comes time to deliver.

Absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I’d be able to overlook the fact that I ordered a dog print and received two random cat prints instead, but the fact that I contacted them immediately on the issue and received no refund or response is infuriating. I have reached out several times to no avail and will have to be repeatedly inconvenienced until I receive a refund on what was to be an awesome Christmas gift.

Just received my product and I’m glad I opened it. Because if I didn’t I wouldn’t have seen the broken frame that was sent to me... this was supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend. I placed my order on the end of November receiving it this week 12/22 and it’s broken. If I’m paying for an expensive item like this, they should’ve packaged it better for shipment and put fragile care.. now I don’t know what to do with it

2 out of 3 items I ordered are wrong and the replacements have still not arrived with Christmas right around the corner. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!

I received confirmation quickly, paid $12.99 extra to skip the line and ended up at the back of the bus. It took 3 requests and 18 days to get a tracking number. The picture will not be here before Christmas which is fine, Covid-19, busy...I get it, but I did order before the deadline that was advertised.

I love my print but the frame came broken and I never received the digital copy that I paid for. After several attempts to resolve I still have not received any response.

Never received shipping information and unresponsive customer support. Also, the expedited service option did not speed up the production/delivery process. Terrible customer experience.
