This company is a rip off when it comes to price. THEY OVERCHARGE for a portrait that they do not customize themselves. My brother bought a customized sweatshirt for his gf using the same photo as the one that I used and he didnt buy it from west and willow. The art picture looks exactly like the one of the sweat shirt. They told me when they were taking their sweet time with my order that they needed to do some customization for the picture that I sent. Clearly thats not what they were doing. I am not one to leave reviews but this company is taking advantage of their customers. I trusted them, their IG looks very professional and I thought they look accountable but nope.

Ordered a week before the Christmas cutoffs and still no update on the whereabouts of my parcel. UPS said they haven’t even received it yet. Contacted the company many times and get keep getting the same email back with my tracking link that tells me nothing!! So upset that my grandma won’t be getting her Christmas present now.

Cheaply made, poorly packed, & almost half of the frames I ordered are broken. I've reached out to get this resolved 3 times—no response. I cannot believe I spent over $500 to be scammed & ignored. And right before Christmas—your company should be ashamed of itself.

Arrived really late, despite the skip the line add-on. When it finally showed up, it was the wrong portrait and also broken.

Over the past week, I've watched this company's rating decline more and more. Negative review after negative review have come pouring in, and my review doesn't look much different. I’ve tried to give the company an opportunity to make it right, but I have seen zero effort on their part to do so. I made my order on 12/12 and paid extra to expedite my order. It's now 11 days later, and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I've also reached out twice and haven't heard anything back. I'm absolutely heartbroken as this was a gift for a close friend who has had a difficult couple of months and is spending Christmas with us. Imagine my disappointment when she opens a picture from the website instead of a picture of her actual pets. There is no excuse as to why this company couldn’t accommodate a two-week turnaround when I paid extra to "skip the line.” Not to mention they’ve utilized more than their regular timeframe as if I hadn’t. I had intended to order a portrait of my own pet after the holidays were over, but they have lost a loyal customer over their lack of timeliness and professionalism.

Very frustrated!! I have gotten tons of advertising emails and company information from west & willow, but nothing regarding my order except my “thank you for ordering” email when I placed the order. I expected there to be a delay in receiving my order... but disappointed in the lack of communication! I get emails and texts frequently, but nothing regarding my actual order. I was super excited about this order and certainly hoping the final product is worth the $$ and worry!
