I ordered a picture for a present and paid the extra fee to move up in line to have the picture for Christmas. I got an email on the 22nd saying the order was shipped. As of 12/24 @ 5:37 UPS still has not received the package. The sender created a label for your shipment. This is what UPS said when I tracked the package. When we receive the package, we’ll show additional scans and the delivery date. If it has been several days since the label was created, contact the sender to confirm the package was picked up.

There has been zero communication with seller. They have not returned my e-mails asking for updates. No shipping information still well after the stated 7-10 business days. Will never buy from again.

I placed my order on December 7, well before Christmas, and even paid extra to "skip the line". I was told I would receive a confirm shipping email in 7-10 days, but here I am 17 days later with no word. This is unacceptable!

Ordered for a Christmas gift before the cut off day for Christmas delivery. I paid for rush delivery. I’m not expected to receive item until January 1st. Emailed customer service, didn’t respond until the 4th email. Horrible customer service, can only be reached by email, there’s no phone number.

Ordered one month ago, have not received physical copy and there have been zero updates to shipping despite being advised it was sent in the second week of December. I also paid for digital download copy which I have not received. Emailed two weeks ago and only received a template response a few days ago. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency.

West and Willow decided to change my shipping carrier from UPS to USPS in order to save money on their end since they are shipping to Hawaii. This is extremely unethical on their end because now, their promise of having my purchase delivered on the 12/23 has been delayed to 12/31. Fraudulent and unacceptable!

Ordered my portraits before the holiday cut off to get them before Christmas. Did not get a shipping confirmation until 12/23 and they won’t be here until January 6th. Very disappointing.

Still no response... I submitted an order on Dec 12 and paid extra for 'jump the line'. I still have not received a shipping confirmation email, which was supposed to arrive within 7-10 business days. I followed up with support on Dec 22, and I still haven't received a response. I understand it's the holidays, but the lack of communication is extremely frustrating.
