I love the picture of my dogs, it’s perfect! I do not suggest buying a phone cover. It is just a sticker on the outside! of a clear case.

I really like the order however they centered the neck of the dog instead of the head/ears being centered. It would be 5 out of 5 if they did. The head is the focus (part to be centered) not the neck.

*UPDATE* It definitely took some work back and forth between their support team, but ultimately West & Willow delivered. It’s clear that they can deliver a good product, when they care—it just takes a little back and forth between them to get the job done. Overall, I still it’s a little over priced, but other than that their work can be well done. I am overall very dissapoinnted in this company. After losing my beloved pet of nearly fifteen years, I fell for their marketing. I am sadly still waiting to get my orders fixed (#564379 and #564380). I wish I had known beforehand that refunds are not feasable and that the best they can do is to go back and fix the artwork until you are satisfied. They completely ruined my senior dog's eyes and overall expression--they made her look like lifeless. This was supposed to be a memorial potrait and apart from the loss, I now feel scammed. To eleaborate on that note, I have yet to recieve a refund for the "digitial files" I was supposed to recieve of the artwork--I have recieved no email regarding any info on this, adding to my overall dissatisfication. No tracking was provided either, with one order entirely missing as it was not delievred. The artwork appears AI generated as I truly believe no human being could ever look at my orginal photo, work on the finished product, approve of it, and send it off. Overall, I would save my money and find another website that does custom mugs or even just go to Costco for my portrait needs--that is what I will be doing in the future. I would not recommend the services that West & Willow provides to anyone.

Process was easy and it arrived quickly once shipped. The portrait was awesome our only complaint is our doggo has two different color eyes and they both wound up the same color in the final product. All in all for the price it’s good to go.

Customer service at W&W is great. I received a portrait in December that I wasn’t happy with and they worked with me to make it right! My new portrait captures my dog’s personality much better. Thank you for following up and making a customer very happy!

I do like the picture, but I feel there is a lot dead space. I feel like the animals and names should be bigger.

It was a good experience overall. I wish there was a way to see what it will look like before being made, maybe after purchase? I don't know, butended up hating the background color behind my dogs photo..

The correction was done promptly and hassle free would have given 5 stars if would have followed picture given more accurately.
