It's unfortunate that the picture I provided is a polar opposite to the print I received. The colors are not even close. The animal does not even look like my long lost friend. I've used this company multiple times and had no issues. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a 30% discount if I wanted to reorder the print that they got wrong the first time.

I have received 4 incorrect orders and not been able to get in touch with a human since my first incorrect order in May. Each time I submit a return request through the link provided by support, I am sent the same automated emails and then 3 weeks later I receive another incorrect order. The frustrating part is how easily this could be corrected with interacting with a human instead of communicating with a bot. This was a gift from a friend in May when my dog tragically died and now it is August and I still don’t have his portrait, just 4 incorrect versions of it.
