I just received the portrait I ordered for my daughter...I have tears in my eyes. The picture is a beautiful remembrance of her babies. Thank you, thank you. I am so happy to give her such a beautiful gift.

The finished product of my order had the wrong ear of my dog sticking up. The picture I sent in had her left ear up, and the finished product that you sent me has her right ear up. My issue was resolved quickly and I was amazed at the final product! Thank you, West and Willow.
