So happy with our pet portrait. I couldn't get my digital download link to work, but they did email me a copy of the picture. Not super high res, but good enough to use as computer wallpaper which is what I wanted it for.

Loved getting the custom portrait and phone cases from West and Willow. They are very lifelike and put a smile on everyone’s face to see such a realistic portrait of their furry friend. I have already told all of my friends and family where I got it and they cannot wait to order one for their furry friend as well.

I absolutely love how my picture turned out. Peaches and Dash look perfect together! Worth the money!

I couldn’t be more impressed with West & Willow. I received my portrait of my dog who recently passed and while I loved the features they captured so well, I just didn’t love the shading on it (totally my fault for the picture I sent in). When they were told, they immediately reached out and asked how they could make it right and ended up sending me a new portrait. Would 1000% recommend.
