The cost is extremely high for a printed portrait. Part of the wording I requested was left off.

I don’t want this to be too negative, but I was expecting a little better from the picture of my pup. It ended up looking cheesy and I’m just going to throw it away unfortunately. The frame was nice, but I was a little disappointed otherwise. There needs to be a preview before you buy, I wouldn’t have ordered this.

It's premature to ask for a rating before I've received the product. I'm anxiously awaiting the two prints I've ordered, but have been told it could be another few weeks. I would be happy to change my review after I receive the order.

Customer service was great in getting the quality of pictures that they needed. We got a picture of our 3 dogs, and the one dog just didn’t look like herself. Not sure if it was the picture I sent or the technology they use.

I placed an order with 2 dogs. I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed support and they informed me the second photo didn’t download. I would have appreciated them reaching out once they noticed and couldn’t move forward. Those 2 lost week didn’t allow for my husband to receive his gift on Father’s Day. That was a bit frustrating. Once the rep reach out she was very helpful. But still didn’t know when to expect my order. Still have to received my order so I don’t know the quality yet. The most frustrating thing was not having a phone number to contact to move things along.

I think it came out well because the face was spot on! The only problem is that the body of my pet looked a little off. The coloring is off so it looks strange compared to the upper half. I may try to edit the digital photo and reprint it. Other than that I had a good experience.
