Picture is very nice (3 dogs). Names are completely out of order.

Didn’t get a proof before printing and then the final product looked nothing like our dog

I ordered a couple portrait (i.e., two cats in one portrait) and the picture of my second cat did not come out anywhere close to how she looks like. Her face is asymmetric in the portrait which is untrue based on the original reference picture I submitted. Extremely disappointed for how much this piece cost. Two starts because the portrait of the first cat was spot on.

Dogs shoulders were not wide enough. Looks like the dog was to skinny

Although the picture is good the coloring is totally wrong. Brody is pure black with black eyes and in the picture his fur is grey/ white and eyes are brown. I understand from an artistic point that you have to have a little of color differentiation otherwise you won’t see the dog, but this is too extreme. It has to be redone. It’s not our dog.

My confirmation email never arrived. Five hours after placing order I found and sent a better photo of my dog to use. This was refused as in the confirmation email that I never received , it states changes can only be made 30 mins after order. As I never received the confirmation, I believe there should have been an exception. It was not in my junk folder. When resent, I received it, along with all other emails from your company.
