They messed up an order over a week before Xmas ... made no attempt to respond to me , then upon responding they got it wrong two more times... terrible customer service ... and they never once tried to compensate me for this non sense. Although I do believe the final product is adorable and very well made . I would never go thru this hassle with this company. Lack of communication and customer service in every way possible ... so sad because this could have been a go to for many gifts

Wish I could share a better experience as we were recommended West & Willow by a friend, but I have not received any shipment notification or have been contacted back from my email inquiry. It’s been over 10 days since I first ordered prints and I emailed and contacted the company to make sure they didn’t need additional photos for the portrait and I never received a reply. I also selected to have my portraits come faster in the Mail and feel like I may have just paid an extra $13 for nothing..

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and paid extra to have it expedited. I still haven’t received a tracking number. I reached out to the company 7 days ago and they have not responded to my request for more info.

I ordered a personalized portrait of my 2 dogs for my husband at the end of November for Christmas. The names I asked them to print were "Belle" and "Winnie". When I received the portrait, Belles name was spelled "Bella". I emailed them immediately to try and get the problem corrected before Christmas. I included screen shots of the correct spelling that I put in my initial order as well as a image of the product I received. I have since emailed them 3 times to no response. All I wanted was either a reprint of the image with the CORRECT spelling that I provided the company, or a refund. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as the poor quality of their products. I will never order from this website again and will advise my friends of same issues.

Very disappointed with their customer service which is totally worthless. I have reached out numerous times only to get the same tracking number sent to me repeatedly and a smiley face emoji offering additional help. When I say tracking isn’t the issue I hear nothing in return. I paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery and still have not received my portrait. I have never been more frustrated with a company then I am with West and Willow. At this point no matter how good their finished product is I would have a hard time recommending them to anyone because their customer service is so poor.

It has been several days now since I was notified that my order was being shipped. I paid extra to "skip the line" but somehow every time I try to track my package it says that the carrier is still waiting on the package. I don't understand how even after paying extra I am still left to wait so long for my portrait. Probably as long as it would've taken if I hadn't paid to "skip the line".

I have yet to receive any shipping updates, I placed an order on the 8th and was never given any update about the portrait I ordered(7-10 days later). I have emailed twice through the support email and never received anything back. Will not be ordering from the again & will be getting a refund through my bank.

Honestly....my sister-on-law hasn't even received the West & Willow painting we purchased for her yet (despite paying more to "rush" our order to make it to my sister-in-law by Christmas), but I have to say that the amount of e-mails I have received from West & Willow since my order has been extraordinary. Perhaps your company should make sure that your clients have received your products before asking how they did, to write a review, or post a picture on social media. Maybe your marketing department should have a word with your production/operations team to better coordinate efforts to ensure that your products have been delivered before asking for a favor. I really wanted to support this business during the holidays but ended up being disappointed in Denver.
