I never got my order and I paid express. First time ordering from them and had reached out with no answers.

Horrible company. No customer service contact number only generic emails that don’t give accurate information. Ordered on 12/8, still don’t have product almost a month later. While it was past cut off for Christmas, nowhere did it state it would be a month and you couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Dispute with your credit card company. I will always check if a company has a contact number before purchasing! Buyer Beware!!!!

The order confirmation said I should see my product in 2-3 weeks. At the very least, a shipping confirmation email in 5-7 business days. I have not received a shipping email, and when I emailed support about a question, I was told a specialist would reach out in one day to confirm my update. That specialist never reached out. I emailed support yesterday to follow up, since I have received absolutely no information since I ordered on December 19th. Still no response. I guess I'm glad I only have one pet because this really wasn't a good customer experience at all.

Timelines were horrible despite paying extra for expedited order. Email replies from support take a week or longer. Finally received my order after a month and it was damaged (shipping box was fine yet frame was cracked through). Notified support right away but still waiting for a reply. Why is there no customer service contact number?

I placed my order on 12/21, it's now 1/5 and have not received anything except for an order confirmation. Yet, I have been emailed over half a dozen times asking me to refer and buy more products. Really disappointed.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Contacted them at least 10 times over the course of a month trying to find out the status of my order. No response and still no picture. Don’t waste money on skipping to the front of the line. That is a joke. Will never use again and would not recommend!

I ordered a Christmas present in November of 2020. Never got a shipping confirmation so I reached out. At the end of December they explained my order go stuck somewhere along the way & they’d send it immediately. I never got a shipping confirmation again. I reached out and they said they have no orders with my information- I sent my confirmation order number and the charge and they now won’t reply to me. I have asked multiple times for my money back and haven’t gotten a response. Terrible company who takes money. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone in my life.

Terrible customer service, terrible experience with this company. After placing my order 4 weeks before Christmas (and being told I would receive it within 2-3 weeks), I received the order 7 days AFTER Christmas. The order was sent to the wrong address. I received no communications from them throughout the whole process and none of my emails were answered. Now that I have finally received my order, one of the products is faulty and the lock button is stuck. HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this company.
