Hello Isadora, This is so incredibly special 💛 We’re truly honored you chose us to help celebrate your colleague’s sweet pup. Knowing the portrait captured his eyes so beautifully means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with something so meaningful.

Hi, there! So sorry to hear about this 😔 Please note that we don’t have the capacity to change addresses during checkout if it auto-populated, it should have been checked before confirming the order. We do apologize if this wasn’t clear; we try to state our limited address change policy on the website. We really appreciate your feedback about making it easier to reach a human rep and including “wrong delivery address” as an option we’ll take this on board. We’re glad you’ve enjoyed our pictures before and hope future orders go much smoother ❤️
