Great job, delivered faster than originally stated!

The product was exactly what I expected- it looked like my pet and appeared to be quality work. The one thing that I did not appreciate, was the adding on of the “insurance” fee at checkout. I didn’t notice it during the process until the order was finalized. At that point the only way to remove that fee was to make a phone call. Moving forward, I will pay closer attention to the checkout details.

While I liked the quality of the product and the tracking that let me know when it was coming. I did not like the fact that they don't send you a preview so you can see if you'll like the final product or would rather choose a different photo for your pet. Thank goodness the photo wasn't too bad but I won't be ordering again for that specific reason.

The final product was amazing. I’m unsure if I selected the wrong reference picture, but I believe one of the dogs was incorrect if I did select the right reference picture. I am also having a hard time trying to retrieve my digital download copy. Could you please help with this?

Love the product. However, Packaging not reflective of the quality of the art representing your company. Would have appreciated the option of shipping more quickly. Received text on 6/21 that package had shipped and didn’t receive until 7/2. I would recommend West & Willow!

It is a beautiful portrait and I love what you did with my cats eyes. She looks amazing and I love the decorative lining as well.

I ordered a memorial pet portrait of our beloved family dog, Chile who had passed away from canine lymphoma. It was a Father’s Day gift for my step dad and unfortunately I received a regular pet portrait- not a memorial one. It looked just like Chile though! I was upset at first, but then I thought it’s not the end of the world and W&W would hopefully send out the correct one, which they did! They were quick and when I asked them to make Chile’s Halo a bit bigger, they did. It was late to Father’s Day, but it was almost like my step got to celebrate for a second day with another gift, and the best one of all- our Chile Bonito 😁💜 AND my mom got to keep the original portrait. Highly recommend W&W- quality portraits and great customer service.

Took longer than told and quality is good. Do I think it’s worth $79. No. Still waiting for mug. Supposed to be here last Saturday. 😕
