Sheila
Didn’t really catch the likeness of my dog.

Custom t-shirt was ordered several weeks before Father's day; unfortunately, the shirt arrived well after the holiday. When it did arrive, there was a hole in the armpit. It was replaced for free but it took several weeks to arrive. It is a high quality shirt but processing time is a bit slow.

I had seen this product all over my instagram and decided to buy it, once my order came I was disappointed, the quality was not worth the 47$ I payed for it. The print was very small and not what I pictured. I loved the product but not worth the 47$.

I ordered two pictures and the second one has a dent in the frame. It also looks like the picture itself has a blemish, like a finger pushed the paper.

I love my picture of my yellow lab, Sadie. I know it’s supposed to be a painting, but it really looks like it’s been computer generated. Not sure if I misunderstood?

When I ordered this frame, I thought the whole body of my dog will be displayed includig his name. Unfortunately, it doesn't. I even asked custumer service but did not get a response. It's very nice done though, too bad, it only displays his head.

I was so excited to get my picture. It was a gift for my daughter who is leaving for college. The proportions are off. It looks like my dogs but I was underwhelmed with the final product. A proof would have been nice.

Hi Elle, We are very sorry about that. As of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼
